I made this Twitter archive because Twitter is always acting up, and I wanted a place that I controlled to backup all my tweets. It’s also powered by WordPress.

If you’re interested in setting up your own, follow this tutorial. Here’s basically what I did:

• Backup as many tweets as I could from TweetBackup
• Export them as RSS and import them into WordPress
• Use Twitter Tools to automatically grab any new tweets
